Prijavljivanje za učešće u radu traje od 05. juna do 13. jula 2019. godine
O Letnjoj džez akademiji Novi Sad – Dortmund
Ove, 2019. godine Letnja džez akademija Novi Sad – Dortmund će se dogoditi deveti put. Iz naslova projekta se već vidi da se projekat realizuje kao deo saradnje bratskih gradova, Novog Sada i Dortmunda, koja traje više od tri decenije. I ove godine Kulturni centar Novog Sada će organizovati Letnju džez akademiju u saradnji sa Muzičkom školom „Isidor Bajić“. Direktna saradnja KCNS sa jazz umetnicima iz Dortmunda traje već 16 godina, a započela je gostovanjem Big benda Jazz Akademije „Glenn Buschmann“ na Novosadskom jazz festivalu. Saradnja se širila, dobijala nove sadržaje i dimenzije, a deo ove lepe priče o saradnji je svakako i Letnja jazz akademija Novi Sad – Dortmund, koja je nastala kao dobra posledica saradnje sa saksofonistom i profesorom Jazz akademije „Glenn Buschmann“, Uwe Plathom, koji je od prošle godine i direktor ove jazz akademije. Letnja jazz akademija Novi Sad – Dortmund je nastala i kao potreba mladih muzičara iz Novog Sada, jazz muzičara uopšte, da svoje znanje i umeće proširuju, da se svira zajedno. U svim ovim godinama osim muzičara iz Novog Sada, koji učestvuju u radu Letnje jazz akademije Novi Sad – Dortmund, polaznici su i naši gosti, jazz muzičari iz Dortmunda, deset polaznika, što ovoj saradnji daje poseban značaj i ugođaj. Osim što se uči i svira džez, sklapaju se i prijateljstva, te nastaju ideje o zajedničkim projektima. Zahvaljujući gradovima Dortmundu i Novom Sadu i drugim partnerima i sufinansijerima, učešće u radu Letnje jazz akademije nema kotizaciju. Svih ovih godina interesovanje mladih jazz muzičara za učešće u radu Letnje jazz akademije Novi sad – Dortmund samo raste. Za Letnju jazz akademiju se interesuju i muzičari iz drugih gradova Srbije, što je posebno lepo, jer se širi dobar glas o ovom projektu, jer je veliko interesovanje za jazz muziku među mladima. Nadamo se da će tako biti i ove, 2019.godine. Tako je u nizu prethodnih godina učešće u radu Letnje jazz akademije Novi Sad – Dortmund uzelo po nekoliko muzičara iz drugih naših gradova (Beograd, Sombor, Subotica, Bačka Palanka, Inđija, Kragujevac, Zrenjanin, kao i iz inostranstva – Segedin, Split…). Postoji nada i vera da će Letnja jazz akademija biti još dugo tema i da će se naći među onim projektima koji će biti interesantni Gradu Novom Sadu kao vredan kulturni događaj, kako sada, tako i u bliskoj budućnosti, koji je doprineo da Novi Sad dobije titulu Evropske prestonice kulture u 2021.godini. Ako bude tako, Letnja jazz akademija Novi Sad – Dortmund će se održavati kao nukleus projekta, koji će se proširiti do 2021.godine. 2019. godine Letnja džez akademija Novi Sad – Dortmund imaće nekoliko događaja, koji će se okrenuti prema javnosti. Biće to koncerti polaznika i profesora Letnje džez akademije – lepa muzička druženja, džem sešni, koje Novosađani veoma vole, kao i još jedan džez koncert domaćeg benda.
